1-Group began in 2005 with the opening of One Rochester, a multi-concept restaurant and bar in a colonial black-and-white bungalow in Rochester Park, and one of Singapore’s early alfresco dining destinations. From those origins, we have grown into one of Singapore’s most recognised F&B and lifestyle groups, now operating more than two dozen concepts across Singapore and Melaka.
Our growth has never been about scale for its own sake. Every venue in our portfolio is conceived in-house, with an obsession for the details that turn a good visit into a great one — the room, the music, the menu, the service. We have witnessed countless first dates, anniversaries, family celebrations, weddings, milestone moments and quiet ordinary evenings, and we take being part of those memories seriously.
Our Story

1-Group designs, opens and operates restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, clubs and event spaces. Our portfolio spans:
Dining concepts across cuisines — contemporary Italian at Monti and Il Giardino @ The Garage, modern Japanese kappo at Oumi, French cuisine met with Japanese ingredients at Camille, authentic Spanish at Una, Latin-Mediterranean at Sol & Luna and Sol & Ora, Australian wood-fire at Kaarla, modern Chinese at Mimi, contemporary Argentinian at Fire, Nikkei Japanese-Peruvian at Flnt, Greek at Zorba The Greek Taverna, and Italian lifestyle and dining at 1-Alfaro atop Labrador Tower.
Rooftop and skyline destinations — 1-Arden Bar, our 51-storey-high rooftop with 360-degree views of Marina Bay; Atico Lounge atop ION Orchard, 55 storeys above Orchard Road; 1-Altitude Coast, a day-to-night rooftop beach club; and 1918 Heritage Bar, where classic and locally-inspired cocktails meet local flavours.
Heritage and garden venues — including dining at two of Singapore’s most distinctive colonial properties, The Alkaff Mansion and The Summer House, and our destinations along the river at The River House.
Cafés and casual concepts — Wildseed Cafe, our pet-friendly floral cafés and patisseries across Sentosa, The Summer House and The Alkaff Mansion; Wildseed Bar and Wildseed Bar & Grill; and 1-Flowerhill.
Bars, lounges and live entertainment — Yin, an al fresco bar and indoor lounge by the Singapore River; Yang, a live entertainment venue in Clarke Quay; and a portfolio of cocktail destinations across the city.
Weddings, events and private hire — through 1-Host, our specialist events team curates weddings, corporate galas, brand activations, private dinners and bespoke functions across our venues.
Membership and rewards — 1-Insider, our loyalty programme, connects guests across the 1-Group portfolio with member-only benefits, priority access and rewards.
At-home dining — 1-At-Home extends the 1-Group experience beyond our restaurants, with menu favourites, gift cards and seasonal offerings.
