NEW YEAR’S EVE 2026
Countdown Dining & Parties in Singapore
1-ARDEN
Ring in 2027 above the city, with fireworks lighting up the skyline. On Level 51, Kaarla marks the occasion with a wood-fired menu that builds towards the countdown. Next door, Oumi offers a more intimate Japanese celebration, complete with Toshikoshi Soba, a traditional dish associated with long life and good fortune. Its window seats offer views across the city lights. For a more relaxed celebration, Arden Bar & Lounge pairs festive cocktails with sharing platters. Down on Level 17, Sol & Luna brings families and larger groups together over a communal land-and-sea platter.
MONTI
Front-row seats to the Marina Bay fireworks are hard to come by, and MONTI has them right on the water. In its tenth year, the glass dome at Fullerton Pavilion closes 2026 with an Italian feast, flowing bubbles and dancing all the way to midnight. Diners can take an early four-course sitting, or stay on for the five-course second sitting that leads into the countdown. Window tables, alfresco seats and free-flow champagne turn it into a bigger night. For a party instead of dinner, the rooftop setting put guests right next to the fireworks over the bay.
1-ATICO
High above Orchard Road, 1-Atico waits out the final hours of 2026 on Level 55 of ION Orchard, where few seats in the city sit higher. FLNT marks Ōmisoka, the Japanese year-end menu, through a Nikkei lens. Dinner opens with King Crab Monaka and a sashimi course before mains like Saikyo Miso Black Cod or Wagyu Ribeye, and there’s a five-course lunch earlier in the day. Over at FIRE, the night turns Argentine and communal. Locro stew, house-baked Pan de Campo and a wet-aged OP Rib set the pace, with an early communal sitting. The brunch runs on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. For something lighter, Atico Lounge pairs drinks with a sharing platter for a countdown with the whole city lit up below.
1-ALTITUDE COAST
Sea air and a Sentosa sky make for a different kind of countdown at 1-Altitude Coast, seven floors up at The Outpost Hotel. At Sol & Ora, the year closes the Mediterranean way, with a four-course dinner of generous sharing plates made for lingering conversations. Diners at the later sitting can stay on for the fireworks, allowing dinner to flow seamlessly into the stroke of midnight. For those who would rather dance into 2027, a New Year’s Eve party on the rooftop brings the celebration to a close by the coast.
1-ALFARO
Out west along the southern coast, 1-Alfaro brings a touch of Italy to the countdown, 34 floors up in Labrador Tower. La Notte delle Luci, or Night of Lights, begins at La Torre with an elegant Italian dinner. The early sitting features a three-course menu, with a kids’ menu available, while the later sitting offers four courses that lead guests right up to midnight. Over at La Luna, the celebration continues with music, drinks and a buffet of Italian bar bites, set against the city skyline as 2027 arrives.
THE SUMMERHOUSE
Far from the downtown crowds, The Summerhouse welcomes 2027 the laid-back way, nestled in the greenery of Seletar. At Wildseed Bar, Shell Yeah! brings the table together with saucy seafood shellouts, freshly shucked oysters and ice-cold beers, before everyone raises a sparkler as the clock strikes twelve. For a quieter final dinner of the year, Botanico’s festive feast and candlelit Garden Domes are available for one last night.
THE GARAGE
Tucked within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, The Garage offers a peaceful escape from the city as the year comes to a close. Upstairs at il Giardino, the evening takes its cue from Venice, inviting guests to dress up for a four-course Italian dinner with a touch of sparkle, set among the gardens’ heritage trees. Taking place on both 30 and 31 December, it is ideal for those seeking an elegant final dinner before the countdown, or preferring to celebrate a night early.
